Appointment scheduling

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:

1. All applicants are required to book an appointment online to submit their visa application at the Schengen visa application center.

2. APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT CATEGORY OF VISA WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE.

3. APPLICATIONS WITH INCORRECT VISA CATEGORY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE.

4. Visa application can be submitted up to 90 days in advance from the intended date of travel

Centers

Submission of all documents is being handled by VFS (Visa Facilitation Services) Global. There are 2 centers in Nigeria; Lagos and Abuja.

Lagos Center

Address: Plot 110, Admiral Ayinla Way, Opposite Treasure Garden Estate, Third Roundabout, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Submission Timings: Monday to Friday

08:00 to 15:00

Passport Collection Timings: Monday to Friday (except public holidays)

10:00 to 16:00

Abuja Center

*Visa application processing time for all Schengen visas takes a minimum of 15 working days
